Date(s) - 16/09/2020 - 17/09/2020
10:00 am - 11:30 am
Inspir.ed Network meetings for the formerly named groups CASE, Level Heads and SPA groups will take place again in the coming ACADEMIC YEAR 2020/21 but for the forseeable future will take place VIRTUALLY through Zoom. The Autumn meeting will be in two parts :
Meeting 1 10-11.30 am Wednesday 16th September for Salisbury group
repeated 10-11.30am Thursday 17th September for CASE and Level Heads Groups
Meeting 2 10-11.30am Wednesday 11th November
repeated 10-11.30am Thursday 12th November for CASE and Level Heads groups
Those involved last year have been invited again to join the networks of their choice, usually the ones nearest to them in terms of geographical location. However whilst these are Virtual meetings then it does not matter which you join although you will require the relevant Zoom invitation which will be sent out on the Monday of the week in which the meeting is taking place. Anyone reading this who wishes to join who has not previously taken part will need to e mail me (firstname.lastname@example.org) asap so that I can add you to the contact group and send the relevant details for joining.Similarly if you cannot make the time of your own group then let me know and I shall invite you to the other group.
The agendas have been sent to regulars but briefly the first meeting will cover :
- Curriculum:- Your curriculum as the progress model- is it a popular series or a box set?
- Assessment:–Post lockdown establish the facts and act! This is real assessment for learning- use it or lose it!
- Self Evaluation: Leaders, get what you want by saying what you mean! Exploring what leaders need to do to get things back on track!
- Enjoy the usual updates (Inspir.ed has been busy over the summer updating key resources); be directed to a range of other useful materials, and know that colleagues are with you in all this together!
Meeting 2 will focus on Curriculum, Assessment and self Evaluation issues as they arise in the term and will be announced before half term.
